The Web site offers e-commerce services to its users. These services are subject to the specific terms expressed by the Web site while respecting the privacy of the personal information given by the guests/users. The Web site is not responsible for the quality of goods acquired through e - commerce services and any related transaction is solely binding between the guest/user and the provider of e-commerce services. Therefore, no legal action arising from any such transaction can be taken against www.mediterranean-holidays.gr. Handicraft Innovation Center of Rhodes does not realize any kind of transaction via the eShop, but acts only as a promoter of the local craft producers. The orders are directily forwarded to the corresponding producers, who are responsible for the processing of the orders (Billing - Shipping).

Miscellaneous
The terms and conditions in this agreement are governed by the Greek law, the enforced legislative provisions of European Union Law and the International Treaties. Any amendment, modification, alteration and annulment will be supplemented under Greek and E.U. law. Any provision of the above terms that will be determined to be invalid by the law or/and be unenforceable for any reason will be severed from the remainder of the present terms without having any effect on the validity of the rests of the terms which will remain without any amendments. This is the entire agreement between the web site and its guests/users of its pages/services and any amendment will be followed and will be an integral part of the present terms only if it is formulated in a written form and incorporated in the present agreement.
